My name is Søren Larsen, I’m 24 years old and currently I live and study in Aalborg, Denmark at the University of Aalborg. My major is computer engineering and I’m currently writing my masters thesis in the area of Computer Vision and Graphics.

 

In my spare time I play quite a lot of golf, which I’ve picked up this season and enjoy greatly. I also enjoy a good movie and the occasional beer with the guys... oh, and computers, but that kind of speaks for itself. Recently I’ve picked up running, which I must admit is rather addictive (who would’ve thought !?).

 

2007 was a great year for travelling, as I was on two different continents (outside of Europe). The study-group I was in on my 7th semester won a monetary prize at a student conference for best research related work (yay!), so with some additional outside funding we went on a study-trip to California. The other destination was purely vacation with the family, in Hua Hin in Thailand. (I’ll be posting some photo galleries at some point, but for now the links to the left are inactive).
